New recording experience

We’ve revamped the recording feature for better reliability. The web app ensures every word is captured accurately, while you stay engaged in your conversation.

Record Anywhere, Upload Anytime.

With the new Tali web app, you can record audio on any device and upload it later for transcription. Whether you’re using Tali during a telehealth session, recording a call, or capturing notes on the go, Tali has you covered. Upload files up to 2 hours long and let Tali do the rest—turning conversations into accurate, structured notes.

When uploading a recording, Tali accepts mp3 and wav files up to 500MB in size.

Patient Context and Notes

These features will only be available via the new web app.

Adding Patient Context:

With this integration, Tali now auto-populates patient information directly from your TELUS EMR. No more toggling between systems and no need to type patient details to keep your notes organized—just launch Tali from your EMR, and everything you need is ready for you.

Available on: PS Suite and CHR

Note auto-population:

With the updated integration, users of PSS, Med Access, and CHR can now seamlessly start Tali directly from the EMR and in case of PSS and CHR, send notes directly to patient charts — saving you time and reducing manual data entry.

Available on: PS Suite, Med Access, and CHR
